SMART Client 2.0.0.14 is the current minimum supported version. This release introduced Windows OS version checks required for the current SMART licensing workflow.

What Changed
- Client OS version checks: SMART now checks the Windows version and blocks use on unsupported or outdated Windows 11 builds in line with Microsoft refurbishment requirements.
- Mandatory update: Updating to SMART Client 2.0.0.14 is required for supported SMART Client use.
Known Issues
- In SMART Client 2.0.0.14 and below, an Invalid authentication file or invalid auth.txt error may appear on launch when the real cause is an unsupported Windows version, such as Windows 11 24H2 instead of the required Windows 11 25H2.
Upgrade Notes
- The SMART Client version is shown in the bottom-right corner of the SMART Client window.
- If an invalid authentication file error appears on version 2.0.0.14 or below, check the Windows version before regenerating auth.txt again.
