SMART uses two separate login systems, and it’s possible to have different passwords for each.
- smartdpk.com
- This is your main account, used for managing subscriptions and purchasing keys.
- Each organisation can only have one account here, usually held by the person responsible for buying licenses.
- If multiple people need access, many refurbishers use a shared mailbox (e.g. smart@yourcompany.com).
- You can change your password for this account in the Account Details section here.
- app.smartdpk.com
- This is your operational account, used for viewing data, assigning keys to facilities and managing everything to do with the SMART executable.
- You can create multiple user accounts here, each with their own login and access level.
- You can reset your password for this site directly on the login screen or from your user profile.
Tip: Because app.smartdpk.com is a subdomain of smartdpk.com some password managers may not recognise them as different sites. If you use one, double-check which password you’re saving or autofilling.
